Education
The profession of polymechanic covers different areas of mechanical engineering, depending on the company's field of activity. While the basic training (first and second year of apprenticeship) covers the basic knowledge and skills for all apprentices,will be the focus (3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship) varies greatly depending on the company's area of activity. The main training of Heinz Baumgartner AG includes the production with CNC machines as well as the manufacturing prototype construction. The focus of the training can also be completed in assembling.
Education
- The training to become a polymechanic / production mechanic takes place at three locations: professional school, Swissmechanic course center and in the company
- Our company has an interesting production width with three departments: the locksmith's shop, the machining production and the assembly department, the apprentices have the opportunity to see different production areas
- Our apprentices work on customer orders and learn to take responsibility for what they do.

- With our attractive machine park, equipped with the latest CNC technology (ISO code and Heidenhain programming), we offer our apprentices modern and future-oriented training in the world of production technology
- With 50 employees, from 8 to 10 apprentices, we are still a small family business
